Reporting Requirements
FAQ: What kinds of reports do I have to submit?
You must submit biannual progress reports throughout the duration of your project. At the end of the project, you must submit a comprehensive final report. Report guides are available below. We will also send them to you with a reminder about four weeks before the due dates.
Progress Reports
FAQ: When are progress reports due?
Progress reports are due on March 1st and September 1st.
FAQ: What happens if my report is late?
If you do not submit your progress reports on time, CICEET will stop payment of project invoices. In addition, failure to submit reports on time will reflect poorly on proposals you submit to CICEET in the future.
FAQ: Who will read my report?
CICEET and NOAA staff will read your report. In addition we will post it with your project on CICEET’s Project Explorer (PE) website. If you would prefer that we not make your report public, please put the word ‘confidential’ in at least 12-point red font at the top of each page of your report.

Final Reports
FAQ: When are final reports due?
Final reports are due 90 days after the end date of the project. Please note: You must submit progress reports on each due date until we receive your final report.
FAQ: What happens if my report is late?
