Resources for CICEET Investigators
Invoices | Reports | Communications | Budget Changes | Project Duration | Who’s Who at CICEET
Congratulations on becoming a CICEET investigator! A panel of experts has recommended your project for funding because they felt that the tool you're developing will have a positive impact on a priority coastal management issue. We look forward to working with you to get that tool developed and into the hands of the coastal managers who need it.

What does it mean to hitch your wagon to CICEET? How can we support your work? What are CICEET's expectations in terms of reporting, invoices, and communications? All good questions--and all frequently asked--are now gathered and answered in one place. If you do not find the answer to any of your questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Welcome to CICEET!

Please refer to the following FAQs for more information. Don't hesitate to contact Cindy Tufts (cindy.tufts@unh.edu) or Justine Stadler (justine.stadler@unh.edu /603.862.2817) if you have other concerns or questions.

FAQs for Current PIs

What has changed?
CICEET’s funding was not renewed in September 2009. However, the program will continue to administer current projects.

Will anything about funding for current CICEET projects change?
No. If you are currently funded by CICEET nothing will change.  Current projects will be funded until their end date at the full amount of the original budget.

How will this affect my project?
It will not affect your project in any way. You will still be able to contact CICEET staff with questions, and submit your invoices and progress and final reports in the same way.

Can I still request a one-year extension?
Yes. CICEET will be able to grant up to a one-year extension on all currently funded projects as long as the request is justified. Please see the PI resources page on CICEET’s website for more information about how to request an extension: http://ciceet.unh.edu/resources/project_duration/index.html

Will I still be required to provide progress reports and a final report?
Yes. Report requirements will not change. You will still be required to submit a progress report on March 1st and September 1st each year until the completion of your project. A final report for your project must be submitted to CICEET 90 days after the end date.

Will CICEET release any more RFPs?
CICEET will not release any more RFPs.

Who should I contact if I have questions?
CICEET staff will continue to be available. Please feel free to contact Cindy Tufts (cindy.tufts@unh.edu), Justine Stadler (justine.stadler@unh.edu), or Kalle Matso (kalle.matso@unh.edu) if you have questions about your project.
